What is a Life Night?
Most Sunday evenings, following the 6:00pm LIFE TEEN mass, high school teens are invited to come to our
LIFE NIGHTS (see Schedule for details). It is the hopes of our team that these nights, along with the other activities, retreats, and other outside events offered to the teens, will help bring the teens into a deeper relationship with Christ and to develop stong lasting friendships that are centered around their faith.
The LIFE NIGHT provides an atmosphere where teens are invited to openly share and experience what it is to be Catholic teens today. Through the use of skits, teachings, group discussion and prayer experiences we hope to give our teens an opportunity to go deeper in their faith. It is our hope that the teens will gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be a follower of Christ, and
come to see the Church as family.

Who is Invited to Life Nights?
All high school age teenagers are
invited to Life Nights at St. Philip's. The Coordinator and the Core Team of adults provide leadership and presence to the teens while being role models of Christian
living. Parents generally are asked not to attend
these Life Nights because their presence may
inhibit honesty and sharing among the teenagers.
There will be nights where parents will be invited
to come and experience these evenings along with
their children.
